Ordering, Shipping and Handling

Your Capsurz® order will ship within 3-4 business days of receiving your payment through PayPal. Secure transactions through PayPal mean that your financial information is not disclosed to us. We use PayPal to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit card payments. PayPal is a free and reliable intermediary that keeps your financial information strictly confidential.

We accept and ship orders throughout the 50 United States. Orders shipped in Illinois are subject to a 7% sales tax. Sales tax rates are subject to change. Capsurz.com reserves the right to select the best carrier for each individual shipment. USPS First Class Mail is the primary method of shipping, however an alternate method may be utilized at our discretion. The US Postal Service estimates the arrival of First Class mail from 4 to 10 days, depending on your location. Capsurz.com Shipping and Handling rates are based on the quantities shipped to a single address. Multiple addresses will require separate orders. The Shipping and Handling rates may change from time to time, however current rates will be visible on the website at the point of purchase. Though we do our best to maintain our inventory, occasionally due to bead availability, we may run low on certain styles. Unless we notify you, your Capsurz® order will ship within 3-4 business days of receiving your payment through PayPal. If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packing materials and contact customer service within 3 days of receipt.
